This page explains how we handle the data you leave when you fill in the contact form on briostudio.it. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

What data we collect

The form collects your name, email or mobile number, business name, whether you have a website, your message and any package you chose, together with your confirmation that you have read this notice and the date it was sent. It may also record the campaign parameters in the page address (for example utm_source, gclid and fbclid), so we know where the request comes from. To limit repeated submissions, we keep an unreadable fingerprint of the email or number with the times it was used. Please do not include health data, documents or confidential information.

Why we use it

We use this data only to answer your request, get back to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use the data for newsletters or promotional messages, and we do not share it with anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as it takes to handle it, and for no more than 24 months after it was sent. If you become a client, the data needed for the contract and invoicing is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who processes it on our behalf

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which stores requests in a private archive in the European Union (Frankfurt). The notification of each new request is sent through Resend, Inc. from servers in the European Union (Ireland) and arrives in the controller’s mailbox. Both providers are based in the United States and act as data processors: any transfer outside the European Union relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format, by writing to silva.luca@outlook.com. If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, the Italian data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

The website uses no advertising cookies or analytics tools: it does not load Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel. Fonts and images are served with the pages, without external services. If you pick a language in the header, the website remembers your choice for a year with a technical cookie (brio-lang), which needs no consent. If we add measurement or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
